How to get U.S. buyers for your factory

Most factories do not lose U.S. deals on price or quality. They lose them earlier — the buyer never finds them, or finds them and cannot verify them. Here is the sequence that fixes that, in the order that matters.

Step 1: Be findable and verifiable

Before any outreach lands, the buyer will search your name. What they need to find: an English website that loads fast, states what you make, shows real products, and gives a working contact. Not a marketplace listing — a storefront you own. If a buyer cannot verify you in ninety seconds, the reply you worked for dies right there.

This is why every Caliradi plan that includes outreach also includes the storefront work — pages, brochures and product videos come from the same brief. See how product videos are made from your own photos.

Step 2: Source lists you can defend

A good buyer list is narrow: one product category, one buyer type, one region. Wide lists feel productive and convert at almost nothing. Aim for lists where you can explain, for every row, why that company should care.

Compliance is part of quality: U.S. B2B outreach runs under CAN-SPAM (real identity, working unsubscribe, physical address). Our lead lists ship with a methodology page covering exactly this — see cold email compliance basics.

Step 3: Outreach that reads like a person wrote it

The first email earns the right to a second. Keep it under 90 words, name the buyer’s actual product line, make one soft ask. No catalogues attached, no ten-paragraph company history — those are what spam filters and busy buyers agree on deleting.

Follow-up is where deals actually happen: most replies come after the second or third touch, spaced days apart, each adding one new piece of information.

Step 4: Answer fast, in their timezone

U.S. buyers reply during U.S. business hours. A quote request answered in ten minutes starts a conversation; answered the next Asian morning, it joins a pile. Automate the acknowledgment, template the common questions, and reserve your own hours for negotiation.

Caliradi runs this whole sequence for you — storefront, lists, outreach and follow-up — from $39/mo, with nothing sent until you approve it.
